Interesting tidbits about Carrie
How did you get interested in your current line of work?
I was always sort of interested in marketing and decided that after spending some time as an actor, that I didn’t want to do that for the rest of my life.

What four living people would you most like to share dinner with?
Oprah, Bono, Ann Bancroft, Madeline Albright

What one item in the kitchen best describes you and your personality?
Cuisinart Stand Mixer. Why? It's very reliable and gets everything blended together well. It's an old favorite and can bring ingredients together well. It can whip it up, or can slowly mix depending on the situation.

What is your most embarrassing food-related incident?
I was meeting some friends at a restaurant. I arrived first so went in to get a table. I realized after about 5 minutes and after the waiter had brought me a drink and some chips that I was in the wrong restaurant. I was supposed to be in the one next door.

What kind of food(s) are you IN to?
Watermelon, anything with lime and cilantro – if you’re looking for a type of food I'd say Mexican and Thai.

If you could live anywhere, what country/city/place would you live IN?
My hometown – International Falls, right on Rainy Lake in the home I grew up in.
